I would incorporate safe work practices into my sitting posture by keeping my lower back
well supported and in a straight position. Furthermore, I would also apply safe working practices
related to manual handling by keeping pressure close to waist. Load may be kept close to body for
possible while lifting. I would apply safe work practice while using computer and other electronic
equipment by removing my watch, and other things. It also included covering sharp corners inside
computer case with tape. Moreover, I would apply secure activities while using ergnomic sound and
workstation furniture by following guidelines about how to use these.
