the progressive degeneration of nerve cells in the Brain. This
disease has a broad effects on functional abilities of human
being. Generally, it results in thinking, psychiatric disorder and
thinking.

Sarah Howes is lady who lived in present in Manchester, Croydon. She is divorced with her husband named Reece, who physically and mentally abused her frequently and
also try to dominate on her and becomes more aggressive and jealously. After the divorced with her husband, she moved to Manchester and try to new start. One year after
to her divorced, she was diagnosed with the Huntington's diseases and is struggling to manage at home. Her two daughters named Rhea and and Amy who lived In Croydon
and Manchester respectively. She felt alone and isolated because her both daughter not live with her and also always demand something new. Due to this reason she never
clean her room and create a level of mess on the floor and put her at the risk of falling. Due to this mess and her stressful situation she fell down from the stairs. And injured
her right wrist. At the time of incident she was alone in her room and no one is there to assist her. Her neighbour was informed to paramedics. According to the scenario,
apart from her illness situation, her ex-husband and both of her daughter are somewhere responsible to her condition.

To ensure the immediate safety taken immediate actions to safeguard for the alleged victim. Ensure all alleged victim and others
human beings have an fixed number of adult safeguarding service provider calling number. So that, they can call when they feel
unsafe or harm by others or themselves. Government have required to ensure the safety principle in all the depart of work place.
In all the organisation, there a safeguarding team which ensure the well being and safety of the employees. All the criminal
investigation team and safeguarding provider team have must be primary concentrate on victim or vulnerable person to make sure
the well being and safety of the adult who is alleged or vulnerable. In all the region, there should be a guidelines which make sure
that all the criminal, who harmed or injured any human being, will have to punished for their crime. In the society, all human being
should have to follow all the safeguarding principle which make sure the immediate safety of the alleged victim and others. All the
human being and responsible people should have to listen all the consequences of the alleged victim and always attempt
positively to their issues and give him faith that they understand their situation (Owusu-Sekyere, Rhind, and Hills, 2021)..
