the development of these guidelines are done
by the leaders and CQC so that they can
manage the work in the organisation ensuring
safe and healthy environment. In order to
increase gain more effectiveness it is necessary
that they should adopt more ethics according to
the objectives which they have to achieve. To
ensure that there is monitoring of all the
activities which are done in the care home there
can be installation of the CCTV cameras which
helps in the regular monitoring of the
workplace. This gives an advantage to look and
manage the services thus bringing quality in
them. It is necessary that the new individual has
to follow all the rules and if any person has
been seen misbehaving.

They have recruited agent who acts as whistle
blower when alarming situation arises and they
also helps in minimising the abuse. The top
authority have to analyse the people who can
act as agents for them. It is the motivation

people. Following are some of the points which
can be utilised:-
Care Plan:- With this they can minimise the
risk of physical abuse. In this they can includes
the needs and the nature of care which has to be
delivered.
Supervision:- Inspecting the workplace at
regular interval reduces the risk of abuse thus
giving everybody the responsibility.

With the proper development and training
programs for the new employees can reduce the
risk of abuse. It is required that there should be
suitable remunerations related to the points
which they can give to the higher authority. It is
necessary to put some changes in the
organisation structure.

From the above it can be summarised that with
the increase in the value of the working
practices they can also increase the chances of
health related risks for patients and vulnerable
groups. If there skills is enhanced than more
people could be attracted towards the care
