religion and so on. The objective of this policy is to prevent children from impairment of health
and development, maltreatment, make sure their growing situations and also enable them to have
best and possible outcomes. The concept of this policy tends to reach for the protection of child
to incorporate the extra objectives to prevent the suitable harm of children regarding their
development and health by making sure their consistent growth undertaking the provision of

political party need to be concern regarding the anything that occur in the life of child and so on.

writing the statement of policy. For this, the role of health visitors is to offer suitable advice and
support children by making suitable decisions the impact their future and well-being. They tends
to help in eliminating health inequalities by offering suitable services to children who really need
help (Knickman and Elbel, 2019). They are also tends to involve in identifying the risk factors
for child and take suitable decision if required.

In this, the health visitors are suitably involved in offering prominent support to children

development of health of children undertaking the family and motivate healthy lifestyle of young
children. Moreover, the major problem of policy is that the health workers tends to neglect the
maximum number of adults and young individuals as they think that they are specially assisted in

not feel safe while roaming at night and also fails to deliver proper treatment to the targeted

commissioning for the health visitors and nursing services that leads to deliver suitable care of

tends to offer effective framework regarding the support of health visitors. For this, the overall
objective is to help people in order to make effective and strong bond with their children and also
leads to support in order to make their children safe, healthy with the objective of protecting
them from any sort of misshapen. In regard of this, local authorities also tends to plays an
important role in order to offer suitable funds for making sure effective protection and well-being
of individuals.
Contentious issues and Impact of the policy
Apart from considering the benefits of policy, it also undertake some issues which are
required in terms of promoting health and overall wellness within the population of the nation. In
this, the staffing of healthcare workers and visitors tends to become the major concern of the
policy (Ranade, 2018). For this, it depict the suitable need of skilled and trained individuals who
tends to deliver better and effective care to the young children and offer effective and appropriate
advice to their parents undertaking the health. They also leads to struggle in order to retain
permanent skilled workforce and their another issue is that they tends to face difficulties within
the documenting of data. Apart from this, most of the times the major concern for the nurses is to
take effective care of individuals as currently the population is increasing effectively and it is
complicated to maintain prominent records suitably (Stewart and et. al., 2020). Furthermore,
healthcare workers are also included in treating the population of young children and also
overlook their treatment as they are need to be effectively trained and also tends to deliver

effective care to the overall public. Hence, the role of policy within the health staff is that they
tends to become more skilled at the time of offering treatment to children and safeguarding them.
