Introduction
With the increase in the number of the customers the businesses are gaining, the
manual methods of booking tickets are becoming obsolete. The customer intends to avail the
automatic methods of booking ticket that would be available anytime and anywhere with the
help of the internet connection. The company SafeTravels allows the customers to make their
ticket booking and now the business is facing difficulty in providing the effective platform
for the customers to book tickets. A website is being implemented in the business and this
website provides the project plan for the website implementation.
Title and description of website
The title of the website is SafeTravels.com and it is the web application that could be
accessed by the customers for making their ticket booking of any flight. This website would
be made available all time whole day so that the users could easily login into the system and
then make their ticket booking. The customers are required to register first for creating their
account in the system. After registration, the users could provide the username and password
in the appropriate fields and then search for their desired flights among various destinations.
When the flights are selected by the customers, they could make the payment for the ticket
and gain the ticket in their provided email id.
