An effective return to work policy can ensure the ethical relation between the employers and workers while
keeping the workers motivated, healthy and productive. The effective return to work policy is also associated
with the compensation system as well.

Guide 2.
To deal with the workplace injury the employer need to provide enough financial and operational support to the
injured person in accordance with the WHS regulations. Along with that an inspection procedure is mandatory
to indentify the cause and resolve the issue to reduce the chance of further occurrence.
