INTRODUCTION
Compliance is considered as an action or practices along
with the command as well as it is also determined as the
rules, regulation and standards developed for conducting a
specific work or task. The current research report is based on
the study of safety compliance in the construction sector of
New Zealand a more while conduct this evaluation there be
analysis of bureaucratic loopholes at the construction

Sampling The selected sample size for the respective research is 50 participants which is not too less or not too high
by using simple random sampling method

Interpretation - As per the data collected there
are 30 respondents out of 50 that feel that
prioritizing the safety compliances are crucial in
the construction industry and it will help in
effectively performing task. Where as other 20
respondents out of 50 has responded negatively
Theme : Main safety practices that need to be considered in
the construction industry
As per the analysis of collected data it has been determined that
there are different safety practice that needs to be consider with
in the construction industry. As per the respond of 5 and 5
respondents providing safety training and proper on site
equipments are important. Whereas other 10 feel that basic
medical knowledge is important

Theme - Major issues or health and safety risks that
relate to your industry
As per the evaluation of data 6, 7 and 5 responders consider
that working at high is the issues, slip or fall at construction
site as well as collapses is the major risk at the construction
site. Where as other 7 respondents consider that manual
handing is the risk that is associated with the construction
site practices.
Theme : Safety measures and techniques
that is be consider person while working on
construction site in order to avoid risk.
As per collected data it has been analyzed that
15 respondents feel that person is be always
alert and 15 respondents believe that individual
is wear right cloths while working at
construction site. Whereas other 8 and 11
responded has answer that use of correct tools
and get immediate first aid is important measure
for avoiding risk
Theme - Safety rules and regulations set by New Zealand government for
construction industry.
As per the analysis of collected data it has been determined that out of 50 respondents
20 feel that building act 2004 is most effective regulation that is developed by New
Zealand government for safety of employees. Where as other 20 respondents out of 50
consider that construction contracts amendment act of 2015 is the accurate act which
will lead to provide proper guidance and support to construction companies.

In this regards, 35 out of 50 people think that
yes implementing as well as following all the
important rules and regulation of government
that may reduce the risk of arising any kind
issues in an appropriate manner. On the other
hand, rest of respondents 15 respondents are
not agree with this statement.

Conclusion:
It can be concluded from the above report that construction industry of New Zealand is contributing a lot in the economy of country. It is
seen that in the first quarter of 2000, there are more than 200 thousand people who get employment in the construction industry The
construction sector is providing increase in GDP to the whole area and region of Waikato. It is analyzed from the above report that New
Zealand's economy has contributed strongly within the employment, business as well as GDP. There are different accidents which take place
within construction sites and they can even lead to loss of life and involve huge cost. Occurrence of accidents at construction site happens
abruptly and these can cause damage to workers of the construction company. Within construction sites, there are several activities in which
workers have to work at heights.

Recommendation
 It is recommended that all individual that are working in construction industry needs to have proper and accurate information in order
to successfully conducted set of task.
 It is very important that proper plan is developed and created in order to correctly conduct construction practices. Plan is significant for
providing direction to all employees for carrying out task and timely finish construction project
 Training is effective safety practices which needs to be consider by construction industry. Safety training will help in providing better
understanding to the employees of carrying out construction practices.
