to attain desired result in effective way. This makes development of an new trend of diverse
workforce within an organization. According to this the diverse workforce shall persists of
different types of skills, talents, background and experience all this has major role to play
towards competitiveness in market. Such kind of thing has an very important role that makes
goals and objective to be achieved . This assignment is based on Sainsbury which is a British
supermarket and multinational brand and headquartered in England. Different products are
being sold by this organization that contains daily used products and home care products also. In
this organization more than 450,000 employees are working over various outlets and shops that
is situated all over world. That is why it is important to have inclusive and diverse workforce that
has been explaining strategies that is applicable at work place. Research tools has to be used for
small scale research.
