INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is very vital term by which an individual sets
goals, objectives and target for getting success in their future. It can be defined as a process that
helps in increasing skills or knowledge of a person. By this procedure, individual can get their

needs will be meet and will also provide work based solution so that operation can be carry out
smoothly and effectively. This report will also have defined various time management strategies
by which project can be completed within stipulated period of time.
