to fulfil research objectives in a reliable and systematic manner. It has been evaluated that
research methodology play important role in research as it provides work plan of research and
allow investigator to choose appropriate methods techniques and tools to find relevant solution
of the problem.
Research Philosophy:
Resort philosophy is defined as a belief about the manner in which data about the
phenomena is required to be allocated, evaluated and utilised. With the help of research
methodology investigator can reveal the assumptions about the research and can apply
appropriate method to fulfil research objective.
In order to conduct current investigation on Sainsbury researcher will undertake use of
positivism research philosophy as it lead towards objective nature of investigation that support
more scientific and practical way to fulfil research objectives.

It is most important aspect of research in which investigator is required to select
appropriate research strategy according to selected topic (Joecks, 2021). In terms with present
research investigator with the use of survey will obtain information from sufficient sample size
and collect information from large number of populations in order to draw valid conclusion.
Data collection methods:
Data Collection is termed as a process to collect, measure and analyse effective and
accurate information and data to fulfil research objectives. With the help of taking advantage of
effective data collection method investigator can accomplish research with valid and effective
sources answer as well asinformation’s.
To conduct research with appropriate information and adequate data invest gettable and
take advantage of both primary and secondary source of data collection method in order to have
valid and authenticated source of information to conduct research (Nayak and Singh, 2021). In
terms with primary research investigator with the use of questionnaire will acquire reliable data
from respondents. While in terms with secondary research investigator with the help of literature
review viewpoint of authors to draw valid confusion on the selected research topic.
Sampling:
To conduct present research investigation researcher with the help of viable sample size
from large set of population will select 50 participants those who are employees of company. In
this with the help of random sampling method investigator selected respondents in order to
evaluate data in an unbiased manner and ask for their opinion with the help of questionnaire.

research targets individual or organisation those who are affected by the same problem, as it will
provide them effective strategies to overcome the issue in effective way.
Data analysis procedure to be adopted :
Data analysis is very important part of the research and it is crucial that right and accurate
procedure has been adopted by the researcher in order to analyse collected data. In this research
report, investigator is consider survey that is helpful for collected information from the

respondents as well as analysing its in correct and accurate manner. for data analysis,
quantitative and qualitative research has been taken into consideration. Through the support of
quantitative research investigator will be able to represent and analysing collected data in
systematic format and procedure. This helps in analysing information through the support of
statistical and numerical data. This assist in gather appropriate information for the analysed data.
qualitative research helps in analysing data through the support of proper theories and concepts.
Through this researcher will be able to analyse appropriate and in depth information about the
topic.
Possible ethical issues that need to be considered in this research:
There are several ethical issues that could be lead to have negative impact on overall
research practices. Ethics play important role in research practices as it is significant for

practices. It is crucial for researcher to consider ethical issues in order to deal with them in
significant manner (Nayak and Singh, 2021). It has been analysed that major ethical issues is
related to the leaking of important data about the research. Due to this ethical issue crucial
information about the research can be leaked and misused. It is important that researcher is
consider right approach in order to keep important information safe. The collected data is saved
on the laptop of researcher and only research has access to use it. It is crucial that research
practices are performed though right and authenticated manner so that researcher is able to
reduce the risk of conducting research practices. It is important that respondents has well aware
regarding the process of data collection as well as they are participating with their own will.
Research methods:
There are different types of research methods that assist in collecting right and accurate data. it is
essential that researcher is consider effective data collection method with the motive of
accomplishing desired outcomes of the research. Research method can be describe as the process
of collecting information from several sources so that right and authenticated data could be
collected which is according to the requirements of the research (Arini, 2020). It is crucial that
research method is significant for ensuring the research was both valid as well as reliable.
Research data collection methods are majorly classified into two parts that is primary and

secondary. To conduct research with appropriate information and adequate data invest gettable
and take advantage of both primary and secondary source of data collection method in order to
have valid and authenticated source of information to conduct research Both of these are explain
below in detail –
Primary research method – This is refer as the method of collecting and gathering
accurate information about the research topic. Primary research method is consider as the
way of collecting first hand and original information which is not used before in any
research. There are several sources of collecting primary research such as survey,
questionnaire, experiments, observation and many more. The main advantage of
considering primary research is that it supports in collecting accurate and authentic data
which is according to the requirements of research topic.
Secondary research method – Secondary method of data collection can be describe as the
approach that helps in finding required set of information and taking right decision for
research. This is refer as gathering information from the primary data which is already
gathering by the primary researcher. There are number of sources that assist in collecting
secondary research data such as books, journals, news paper, articles, business paper,
government documents and many other. All of these are helpful for finding right
information about the topic. The main advantage of secondary research is that it is cost
effective and help researcher save time to gather required information.
Limitations of the research:

research, investigator does not have sufficient amount of time to perform research activities. This
will lead to have negative impact on research task as well as accomplishment of desired
objective. It is crucial for researcher to overcome limitation of the research with the motive of
attaining desired goals (Fleming and Kowalsky, 2021). By enhancing time management skills
researcher will be able to overcome this limitation of research and timely attain set objectives.
Timescale:
It is important for researcher to develop a proper timescale in order to successfully and
effectively conduct research practices. There are different tools and approaches that could be
consider by investigator in order to properly timescale task of the research.

Work breakdown structure – This is very useful tool that helps in successfully and effectively
managing different research practices. work breakdown structure is consider as the approach
that helps in dividing large task into smaller parts so that each and every task could be completed
