organizations (Alise, 2021). Both leadership and management allow organizations to develop a
governance and environment which helps in systematically fulfilling business objectives. In this
dynamic environment leadership and management skills are evolving which is helping both
leaders and managers to create a dedicated and structured environment with a different types of
skills and inspire employees towards business objectives. With strong leadership and
management organization can fulfill overall business roles and objectives while assuring
efficient productive outcomes. With the help of taking advantage of different types of skills and
