In today's business environment there is competition among business organizations
in every industrial sector. To cope up with this competitive business environment
leadership and management play an important role which not only helps an organization
to retain talented and skilled employees for higher productive outcomes but also assists
the company to assure higher competitiveness in the industry.
Leadership is an important aspect in which an organization has major roles in terms
of setting a vision to accomplish organizational objectives and developing motivating
environment that helps employees to accomplish these objectives. While in terms of
management it is a process of dealing with or controlling people and resources within
organizations (Alise, 2021).
Both leadership and management allow organizations to develop a governance and
environment which helps in systematically fulfilling business objectives. In this dynamic
