In business environment there are several internal and
external factors that involves its impact on managerial
productivity and profitability. Management will consider
all such elements suitably then frame all managerial
decisions and execute the suitable set of approaches and
plan of actions to achieve orientated targets and aims. The

termed as second largest supermarket chain of UK that are
