4.3 Strategy to improve the access of systems regarding information and knowledge

Company always try their best to adopt all the latest technology at workplace. By using
innovative technology firm can easily do their work and create a positive relationship with
customers (Holliman and Rowley, 2014).
Hardware and software management
Company IT department time to time update all the software so all employees can easily
do their work and get all the information about new features (Finne and Strandvik, 2012). By
using innovative features, Sainsbury staff members can easily do their work and create unique
products.
Cost management
For perforating all the activities into appropriate manner finance is importation. For this
financial department employees, plan a budget for each activity. According to the budget
company plan their strategy and follow it (Chitty and et.al., 2011). at the time to making budget,
company take a suggestion for each department of company. By this, they can easily plan an
appropriate budget for organization.
Human capital management
Without human resources' management Sainsbury cannot manage their whole work .
They recruit the right candidate for organization and also train them in the work (Chitty and
et.al., 2011). Further , by taking feedback from each employees create a positive relationship
with them. On other hand, they also maintain all the actualities and enhance the capabilities of all
staff members by motivate them. This management,also clear the roles and responsibility of each
employees at the time or recruitment. By doing this activity thye can easily reduce the
misunderstanding among all department and they can easily do their work.
CONCLUSION
According to the present report it has been concluded that, communication is one of the
most important part in the organization. By using appropriate method of communication
Sainsbury can easily reduce the negative effects of misunderstanding and create positive
environment at workplace. By taking a suggestion from employees organization create a positive
relationship with them and also take right decision right time. On other hand, this report also
include the internal and external sources. By taking the information, management can easily plan
