goods or services and planning the operations of the company. It also deals with planning,

subsidiaries like Argos, Sainsbury Bank etc. The Report will outline functions of Leader and
Manager in various situations, different theories of leadership and comparison between the
functions of Manager and leader. The Report will also describe the methods of operations
management, value of operations management in business, different factors that can affect the
decision-making.
