Reflection helps in effectively analysing the key areas which helped me build clear
and concise set of rules in order to attain wider set of knowledge and understanding. It will
help me to effectively reflect on various self management, team working, interpersonal skills,

practice in order to determine what I have learnt from the activity.
Description: I have critically evaluated the Size, structure, mission, vision and goals
of Sainsbury which helped me in evaluating the market size and areas within which Salisbury
deals. I have to analyse the various target market for the Sainsbury company. I have
determined the key external factors which adversely affect the operational efficiency of the
business. I have carried out SWOT analysis in order to identify various internal factors that
affect functioning of the company. This is done to determine the various factors which affect
the functioning of the company and helps in attaining greater market share. I have also
effectively examined the role of employees in Sainsbury which helps in effectively managing
all the activities of the company. I will also focus on evaluating the importance and
requirements of training development. I have also evaluated the role of manager and its

challenge was to mange the finance in order to complete the study within stipulated time. I
