KEY ISSUES AND RECOMMENDATION
Every organisation faces some kind of problems or issues that hinders their self interest in
context of Sainsbury they faces the issue of staff turnover in which large no. of employees quit
their organisation. It is kind of one of most tremendous problem that face by sainsbury to know
the reason behind that issue they apply various kinds of theories and practices that are as follows:
Management theory:
To resolve the concern of staff turnover organisation uses the Frederick taylor scientific
management theory that study about firstly to understand the work processes and manner to
perform the particular work and factors that affect their level of productivity (Hill, Jones and
Schilling, 2014). In context of Sainsbury with the help of that theory organisation can be able to

they can give their best in organisational development and enhancement. By using the four
principles of scientific theory of management organisation can be understand the requirements of

enables in organisation growth in respect of reputation, capital and level of outputs to remain
always competitive in market by giving major attributes to employees so that they feel motivated

said that CSR activities are very much important for an organisation to give one of major
attributes to employees that helps to enhance their motivation level with engage them positively
so that they can devote one of their best efforts and remain motivated in giving their best and not
leave their organisation frequently.
POSSIBLE IMPACT OF BREXIT
There are some negative effects of the Brexit that affect the activities of the Sainsbury

effect. It decrease the value of money that hinders the self interest of an organisation to deliver
right kind of value to ultimate consumer base (Dhingra and et.al ., 2016. ). Brexit impact on that
it lessens down value of pound that needed to raise the prices of raw materials that ultimately
lower down the ratio of sales and impact on UK consumers. The another major effect of Brexit
