INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse a contemporary issue which is faced by global organisations in
their workplace. Due to much dynamic and complex business market, a business is not able to
fulfil all its responsibility and targets. This contemporary world includes competition, data
privacy, sustainability, environmental protection and workplace culture. Sainsbury's is a retail
supermarket which provide various products and services to the consumers. They had seen an
exponential growth in the industry due to the ethical practices (Cheevapruk, Pasunon and
Chantuk, 2018). All these factors influence business productivity and brand image which impacts
on their growth. Along with that there will be brief discussion about what are strategies which
the organisation could make in order to solve the problem.

The problem which Sainsbury's is facing in the market which is stopping the company to
achieve a systematic growth is the sustainability issue. The organisation needs to reduce the
waste and reducing the emission. They need to work for the betterment of the society and the
environment. This will help the organisation to make a positive brand image in the retail industry
(Fletcher Jr and et.al., 2018). On the other hand due to the experience sainsbury can become
more competitive in the market. They can attract various new potential customers in the market.
The main aim of the brand needs to work for the betterment of the environment by reducing the
waste. Through this they are able to achieve great results and dominate the industry. There are
various significant changes which the organisation has to implemnet in the workplace to solve
