INTRODUCTION
Talent management refers to continuous process which is concerned with attracting along
with retaining high quality employee, working for their skill development. So that, employee get
motivated and improve their performance. There are many key aspect for managing talents
which includes development strategies structure and needs of the business. This report is about
Sainsbury’s one of the second largest chain of supermarket in all over UK and founded in year
1869. Sainsbury’s became the largest brand in grocery in year 1922. There is an analysis for
different strategies of talent management which can used to find out the challenges and different
obstacle which are creating difficulties in smooth running of business sectors (Fahmi, 2020).

addressing for development along with specialised role in organisation. This also helps in

included in the Research work.

information and are able to collect data on the right information (AHAT, 2020).
Secondary research- This is the one which is collected through the primary information
and primary research where Journal, newspaper, article, books are the example of secondary
sources. There are different journals, articles, newspaper are studied for collecting the secondary
data which shows the secondary research process. In this time the collection of information
which is based on collection of data or information using internet and online available resources.
This is the one which is there available on the internet and many other places where there are
many of the information as per the basis of primary research.
Qualitative method- This is the method which is use for collecting data capital and are
expressed in graphs or a chart. In this method information is collected by using some
questionnaire and later on integrated in order to prevent the recommendations.
Quantitative method- This is a data type which consider no any quantitative type of data
in method there are direct interviews personal interaction in between the ponderers and resources
which is for purpose of collection right data which are incidental with target sources. In this
research work there are many practical application of qualitative method with purpose of
collecting the correct data. In this qualitative method, many type of questions which are to get
the objective for collecting information (Gama, 2020).
Sampling- This is the process in which there is examination of the information or
observation which is collected over the large population. This considered to be a statically is
used for creating a detailed analysis some sample which reflects the same type of characteristics
within population. This report use the random sampling with purpose of research. This process is
divided in two different approaches which are probability along with non-probability approach.
This report, about 60 ponderers who have chosen for the analysis process and who have
responded prepared questions. There are also uses of random sampling for the method to collect

that they can work in right way (Rahimiaghdam, 2018). There is also a recommendation
to the Human Resource Department which is they need to use the quarterly performance

Initially I have face difficulties determination of the reliable sources. Letter on, I centered
on available different secondary sources which include article and journals which are there for
purpose of assembling the reliable data. There are various aspect for the resource for which are
going to be discussed below:
In starting, I was so confused, this is regarding that I was not able to collect the right
information according to the standard during all over the time period. Given time period for the
research wall seems to me a little limited but I just started my work on the report (Yousefli,
2017). Then I feel quite comfortable that there is whole team with whom I can get help from
them in the process of all report. During the initial time my experience was average and I had
both positive and negative aspect in which I need to work according to the time frame. There was
also some lack of coordination with the team members and some conflicts recharge among us as

a team. I was working on different ways so I can get over from my weaknesses. I had developed
some aspect which can help me getting deep inside from which I can get overcome and need to
manage the time period along with all the activities. I have properly applied the technique of
work breakdown structure along with Gantt chart which has been laid to deal with all the issues
which are there during the research work. It were also analyses about the learning, this report
which are there to help in future activities.
There is experience in research project and it was so effective and I worked more to
deflect the conflict. It was high level of uncertainty which was related with reliability of the data
or information which I need to work on self confidence. Aspect to each and every activity which
I need to work on to improve the outcome of this research work.
CONCLUSION
From the above, it can be concluded from our discussion that information is it need to be
considered some of the element which is accompanying to function of talent management in the
organization. There can be form some strategy which can help in tackle obstacles along with
helps in getting better market growth, increase in sales and give the positive impact. Effective
talent management strategies are there which can help in to get over from different obstacles.
These are there in the different business operations. This can also helps in to ensure high cost
effectiveness along with high productivity for the organization. Accomplishment of mission
along with vision in effective manner in relation to get high growth of the business.
