The aim of the assignment is to prepare an advertisement for the post of senior sales
representative for the company. The name of the company is “The electric Show Case” which is an
electronic firm. The clients of the company includes industrial users, business users as well as
consumers. The company has been constantly receiving complaints about the late deliveries. The
company is suffering problem due to the resignation of the senior sales representative. Therefore, as a
district sales manager, will have to prepare advertisement to find another sales representative. The
advertisement includes all the relevant information for attracting the best candidate.
The advertisement will be placed on social networking sites.

Job Description
Our company “THE ELECTRIC SHOW CASE” which is an electronic firm, is looking for sales
representative who will be responsible for selling and delivering our product, and help the company in
meeting sales goals and generating new leads. Duties will include product delivering, product
presentation and demonstration to our potential clients.
To be successful, the candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales and dynamics,
negotiation, customer relationship management and closing the deals. The candidate must possess
excellent interpersonal skills and experience in the related field is an advantage for the candidate.
Sales representative responsibilities
Enhancing the sales staff achievement and skill by planning quick delivery of products to the
potential clients.
Serving current accounts, obtains orders from clients, and launches new accounts through
forecasting and planning daily work agenda for current or potential sales and other job
aspects.
Submits briefings by mentioning to bill and product literature.
Submit daily activity and result report to the management such as, weekly plan, daily call

Maintain operational relationships with potential customers to confirm excellent service and
