1. Introduction
The primary focus of the case study is based on the business structure and new planning
methods of CC Music. The company primarily deals with various kind of functions that are
arranged and managed by the music band. The existing designed website for helps in dealing
with the different bookings for shows, receiving of music contracts and providing cheque
payment facilities (Fleisher and Bensoussan 2015). It has been seen that in the present times,
there has been a need for implementing strategies for social media usage. There has been also a
need for the use of an Open Source Software that would help the internal business owners and
management to keep a track of the event dates, communication between them and clients and
many others.
2. Description
2.1 Existing Business Scenario
CC Music has a reputable name in the musical industry. Chris and Clive who are the
present business owners had a history of creating the band and playing for years. The company
also owns a personal website that helps the organization to promote their business within the
musical industry (Knoke 2018). The owners manage each of the aspects of the band such as
managing of incoming show contracts, communication among clients and also publicize the
music band within a wider platform.
The website also holds responsibility to deal with the various forms of musical
arrangements. The main functions performed within the business of CC Music are focused on
radio programmes, TV shows, performing at various events and many others. The business

owners hold the primary responsibility for dealing with the various forms of arrangements that
happen through the phone (Hair et al. 2015). The company mainly receive business contracts and
dealings with the help of cheque payments. This kind of scenario within the business of CC
Music creates tremendous problems as there are some situations in which the music industry
receives several bookings over the phone but they are unable to handle those bulk bookings due
to low kind of strategy. Hence, there have been different situations where the business owners
had to cancel some bookings due to excessive pressure on the management team.
Thus, with the focusing on the present business scenario, it has been found that the
business should have proper norms of adopting and putting those objectives into action. The
business owners have also thought of a plan to include various kind of innovative approaches
towards a planned business and professional approach (Veit et al. 2014). A new strategy should
be developed for the company to let them stay ahead in the extreme competitive market. The
various kind of new developed strategy would include various musical agents to help in the
development of promotion strategies for performing within the music band.
2.2 Roadmaps for Proposed Changes
Based on putting focus over the business problems within the music band, it has been
seen that the music agency should have a more focused approach towards the business. The main
business of CC Music should be developed in such a manner that they would be able to
implement an approach for social media marketing (Hudson et al. 2015). With the impact of
social media marketing within the business approach. In the recent times, there have been a
major rise in the use of social media strategies that have been adopted for the use by the
business. There should be a proper kind of business approach that should be followed by CC

interested in attending musical events at the different venues. They also want to arrange musical
events by CC Music. Hence, they would need to communicate with the management team of CC
Music to help them in arranging for the musical shows.
Besides approaching towards a social media strategy, there would be a greater need for
implementing an Open Source Software that would help the business owners in scheduling of
tasks, regulating activities and then implement the software into the business field. The new
implemented software should have entire efficiency for maintaining track over the processes of
business (Allen 2018). The use of the Open Source Software within the music business would
help the owners to keep a track of their daily activities and maintain business accounts.
With the implementation of the software strategy within the business, there would be an
increase in the number of benefits for the business. The software solutions needed for the
business should be able to maintain a track over the activities within a calendar. The business
owners should maintain the different activities in a proper schedule within the calendar (Burkart
2014). Scheduling of the activities would be entirely dependent on the use of the software. The
management team would handle the entire list of activities within a single month. Thus, they
would be able to make decisions on planning of the number of resources required to plan for the
event (Crane, Kawashima and Kawasaki 2016). The entire software solutions would also be able
to keep track of activities and the range of communication between clients and business.
The company should also implement a software based on Customer Relationship
Management, which would be helpful for business to maintain communication between business
and client. An advice based on professional business approach should be provided to the owners
of business to react to the various situations of change (Holliman and Rowley 2014). Based on

company should make use of Clubhouse Open Source Software. The software platform

3. Conclusion
From the discussion in the report, it can be concluded that the music business of CC
Music has a huge scope of improvement in the future. They should be able to detect the gaps
within the business scenario and thus think of plans for improving the business pattern.
Implementation of open source software and strategy for social media would help in improving
the context of business. Impacts based on the use of social media strategies would help in
engaging with more business clients who would provide them with various opportunities for the
business. The new kind of changes within the business would help in maintaining greater control
over the processes of business of CC Music. With the launch of a new platform for the business,
CC Music should implement the best kind of features that would be engaging and thus solve the
different problems affecting the business.
4. Recommendations
The conclusions drawn from the above report would help in recommending different
solutions for the business. The CC Music business venture should adopt the discussed
recommendations, which would help in the improvement of the existing business scenario and
also smoothen the processes of the business. The CC Music business of music should implement
an open Source Software solution that would be great benefits for the future progress of the
business. Hence, as per recommendations they implement Clubhouse within their business

business processes, it would be helpful for the business to gain many profits in the competitive
market.
