Strengths:
Held the position of a winner and received the certificate of talent. The strengths include the
maintaining of harmony. Conflicts can easily be resolved by the candidate by coming to an
agreement and looking for a consensus among the people under conflict.There is possession of
individuality and unique qualities which are possessed by none. I am deliberative. Possesses the
power of speculating loss in the business, can make quick and accurate decisions, possesses
fluency in language and can communicate well, can make choices easily under pressure when the
situation is difficult.
Possesses the power to handle people equally and with care. Can maintain the position
continuously without downfall in performance. Needs to work in a organized manner under
routines and schedules. Possesses the talent of maintaining close relationships with all and very
determined to meet the targets set in business.
Weaknesses:
Lack of a detailed experience in the work culture, suffers nervousness sometimes, delay in
finding of satisfactory outcome in the business and tends to forget. For this, a regular journal is
