The research question of this study are as below
 Analyze the risk of cancer and its prevention.
 Provide the demographic characteristics on four school of western Canada.
 Determine the sample characteristics of the survey.
The self-report method is the best method for capturing the study and analysis.
The characteristics of the survey are the number of male sample observations is 27%
and the female sample observations are 73%. The age range of the sample observations is
11 to 19 years. There are 56% of the observations lived in an urban area. The middle
income observations is 72% and the European descent is 63% (Amirthalingam et al.,
2014).
The data has been collected by face to face interview method. There are some cases
where some problem has been defined for data collection. In this case the other method or
technique is mailing the questionnaire or telephonic interview. The factor analyses has to be
used for data analysis.
Answer to the question 2
A self-report is a method which involves some questions about feelings about the
participants. The self-report method conduct questionnaire and interview. Moreover this
method gaining response about the observational studies and experiment.
Yes. The researcher has been taken a good decision about self-report method that is
unstructured interview method.

The topic guide shows a present report example of specific questions. The questions
are appropriate because they collect about the demographic condition and characteristics
(Aiken, L et al., 2014).
The word plays an important role to rich responses. The word of the questionnaire
should be simple and easy to understand. Moreover the question has to be short and the
answer of the question should be yes or no type. Then the researcher get good responses
about on their survey.

The interview should be recorded and transcribed. If the interview is not recorded
then there is a big problem about on analysis. In this situation the researcher takes their data
hypothetically. At that time the accuracy is depends on their hypothetical data. The data on
recorded questionnaire is better and accurate as compared to hypothetical or random data. If
the data is not recorded in this situation the researcher has to be taken hypothetical data, but
the researcher has to be very careful to select and takes the data (Fabijan, Olsson, & Bosch,
2015).

The observational study is to proper or good as compared to self-reported study. In
other words the observational study is some time called non experimental and investigation
study. In this type of study independent variable is not under control. In the observational
study the researcher observe about the risk factor. In the observation method the researcher
do not give proper description about each and every observation. The researcher observe
about on risk factor, diagnostic test. The type of the study setting is cohort or case control
study.

When the researcher is a participant then the researcher properly known about the
variation of the study. The term variation defines the how much variability has been seen
among the study and their characteristics. In this study the variability has been seen among
the rural or urban participant, verbal, nonverbal behavior and adolescents of cancer patients.

The data has been collected during 3years period. The technique of data collection is
face to face interview. The time of each interview has been taken between 60 to 90 minutes.
The duration between first and the second interview is 4 to 5 weeks. It has been seen that the
in the first interview the topic guide in included about on cancer risk and the prevention.
Moreover in the data collection the photovoice technique has also been included. At finally
the four focus group has been conducted. The fields has been applied to determine the verbal
and nonverbal behavior (Manson et al., 2019).

The study has been conducted on the Canadian adolescents on the perspectives of
cancer risk. This is qualitative study. The researcher defines that about the approach of
ethnographic. The study shows that about the risk and how to prevent cancer. The study or
research has been applied in the clinical research. Because this study included about human
being and their age, gender, also the experiences about cancer. The study has been focused
about 3 year data period on Canada. Thus this will be helpful on clinical research and they
also provide better information about the prevention of cancer for future generation.
Moreover the clinical research provides better prevention about cancer (Rohankar, Katti &
Kumar, 2015).
