company which deal with the electronic goods like television, calculators, refrigerators, air
conditioners and washing machines. The major issue within the Samsung company is that its
sales and profitability has decreased due to the poor working performance of employees. Thus, in
this research project investigator investigated the various criteria of training and development
and its impact on the improvement business performance and sales. In addition to this, various
methods and techniques of training and development has been also discussed in this project
