following SWOT analysis can be great help. The positions of opportunities, and weaknesses will
further provide an understanding for the further development and manufacture of Samsung Note
7 pro.
SWOT Analysis:
Strengths First and foremost, the product had a wider reach. The organization had
marketed he product almost in every states and across the country, wherever
the chains of the organization are present.
Since the product had a wider reach therefore, the supply chain management
and the dealership opportunities for the organization to market the product had
become very easy.
The third important point is that, the cost of the product was kept very low and
pocket friendly, which is one of the prime reasons for the wider expansion of
the product.

organization had been generating the profit out of the product for the next five
years of the manufacturing of the product. At the same time, the organization

and development afterwards.
The organization takes more time to ensure the purchase of the products and
the time for selling the products are also quite high than any other organization
or product.

of investment, yet it was observed that the organization had experienced
problems with the cash flow system. The organization was faced with
unnecessary cash flow problems and a very slow cash flow system which
resulted into unnecessary and unwanted borrowing of money.
Next, according to the market researchers, the cultural attribute that the
product had lacked an orientation of diversity. The color and the model or the
outlook of the product had lacked diversity approach.
At the same time, the camera of the product was not up to the market.
According to the researchers, the quality of the camera was compromise by the
organization, and after a continuous use of four to five months, the poor
quality of the picture can be realized.
