Shortage of cost- Earlier Samsung did not have sufficient amount for training or induction
program for new employees. They were not able to provide sufficient tools to them which can
improved their skills.
Shortage of skilled trainer- Samsung was facing challenges in few past years because of lack of
skilled trainers into the country (Meichenbaum, 2017).
It do have enough numbers of good trainers, who can give training sessions to new workers.
