INTRODUCTION
Organisation culture is the key to develop that traits which are necessary for business
development and success. It is the collection of practices, expectations, values that provide
guidance and inform the actions of all the members of team. All the aspect of business are
affected by this. As workplace culture aligns with their employees, they are more likely to feel
more values, comfortable and supported. The organisation that was selected in this assignment is
Samsung. It is a South Korean multinational conglomerate had its headquarter in Samsung town,
Seoul. The founder of the company is Lee Byung Chul. Their subsidiaries are Samsung Biologic,
Samsung Electronics. The topics that are included in this report are Analyse and explain different
factors that would have influenced structure and design of organisation. How Samsung manage
the dynamic process like organisation culture, innovation, decision making processes to shape
their growth and evolution (Burke, 2018)

Q.1. Analyse & explain various factors that makes impact on Samsung's structure as well
as on their design?
Structure: It is an arrangement of interconnected elements in a material system so
organized. Material structure covers objects that were made by human beings . Few example of
these are machines, chemicals, building etc.(Dejours, 2019)
Design: It is a plan for object construction and for the implementation of an activity or
the result of it is in the form of product process and prototype, product process. The verb to
design express the process of developing a design (Hiver, 2019)
Size of the organisation: when architect plan a new building, the size of the building
being planned will have a considerable impact on how the building is designed and the type of
organisation the is used to support the building. Simple design is require along with shallow
foundation if the size of the building is small and more complex design is needed for large
building. In the same vein if most effective structure & design is determine for the company. The
number of Structure: It is an arrangement of interconnected elements in a material system so
organized. Material structure covers objects that were made by human beings . Few example of
these are mworkforce of the organisation has major affect on which the structure works in best

another. The interaction between information technology & organisation is very complex.
Managers must aware that technology can alter life in the company. They cannot design
successfully new system and understand the existing system without understanding the firm. It
is conclude that if Samsung adopts flexible system in the organisation than the employees of the
company can easily adapt the technology and working by using that technology but if there is
rigid system is follow than it becomes very difficult for the employees to use the technology in
effective manner. The corporate culture of Samsung includes human resource development
strategies for business innovation, indicating organisational culture characteristic that help
technological innovation based on competitive advantage in the global consumer semi conductor
& consumer electronic industries (Whitehead, 2018). The corporate culture of Samsung make
attention on achieving high degree of innovation related to technology by involving human
resource development strategies. In theory, company's organisational culture include core values,
traditions, customs expected to see in the employees behaviour as in business analysis it includes
workforce in the corporations main division and regional offices for the purpose of device
solution, consumer electronic and Information technology . Samsung organisational culture make
interaction with all areas of conglomerate. This intersection indicates the importance of corporate
culture features in gaining the long term business success in the technology company's many
different endeavours. On human resource support the success of corporate social responsibility
of Samsung are depends . The similar culture like corporate culture of parent company is follow
in Electronic company of Samsung. The corporate culture influences relates to the image of
brand & audience relations observable in Samsung's marketing mix strategies & tactics
(Nienaber, 2019)
Availability of skilled manpower: If there is skilled and professional employees are
there in the company than it tends to increase productivity and profitability because it avoids
wastage in the organisation. Skilled workforce avoid defect defects and deficiencies which leads
to business growth and development. By appointing talented candidate in the company Samsung

increase their sales and revenue also.(Wahl, 2018) It impacts positively on the structure of the
company and on design. Human resource development is understandably an underlying strategic
related to objectives linked to Samsung's corporate culture. For example, the organisation leads
to career development opportunities not just through institutionalized programs, but also
encourage by employees to support each other to achieve their career goals in business
organisation technology. These opportunities are also supported through Samsung's corporation
structure that facilitates human resource development at the time of pushing for innovation in
business operations ( Skehan, 2018)

Organisation culture: Samsung has an innovation centered organisational culture. This
corporate culture is part of company's design that emphasizes employees abilities, skills for
innovating the organisation technology product. Like laptops and smartphones . The
organisational culture characteristic support Samsung's corporate mission and vision, which
focus on superior products that improve life as well as society. This corporate culture embodies
long term objectives for keeping the organisation competitive position as one of the dominant
firm in the multinational market for consumer electronics, semi conductors, and related
technology. It leads to develop opportunities for all workforce of the company, business growth
by introducing new products with new advances technologies, Ethical integrity is develop,
Ethical values:
Decision making process: The decision you make in business are shapes its future,
including how far and fast it will grow. So it is conclude that if the organisation wants to stand in
good position in the market & optimise your business growth, you need to improve & maximise
the quality of decision making. Its clear that the key to maximise decision making in support of
greater growth is having full visibility of the business, as enabled by on demand access to the
correct information at the right time. More accurate insight means better decisions more
frequently & better decision means to grow faster.

CONCLUSION
On the basic of thorough study it is conclude that various factors make positive as well
as negative impact on structure and designs of the organisation. For that purpose the main factors
like Technology, Skilled employees, size of the organisation must be consider in every small or
large business. It is also conclude that every organisation needs to analyse culture that needs to
be exist in the company and initiative steps or measures must be taken to adapt these culture.
