Introduction
The report is helpful to manage and identify the requirements for the fulfillment of business
requirements. This includes possible solutions and recommendations with the justification. The
selected project for the business requirement is Samsung Knox. This report will cover the
strategic analysis of the project along with the required identification. Various diagrams and
matrix will be used to support the discussions and justifications.

Executive summary
The report is based on the evaluation of Samsung Company. The opportunity identified for
change in the company is Samsung Knox. The report will cover the strategy analysis of the
company. The change is required as cognitive analysis cause various challenges for the
operators. It also includes the list of potential stakeholders list which will be showed with the
help of RASCI matrix. The list of requirements will also be given in the report according to
perspective of various stakeholders. This will include a template for requirement analysis for the
organization and management of requirements. Two show the linking of the requirements with
the designs, requirement traceability matrix is used. Analysis of requirements is done using use
cases, sequence diagrams, process modeling, etc. The selected solution is using 5G technologies
as it is able to deliver services at high speed. This gives strength to the company.
Strategy analysis
The current aim of the company is to provide an enterprise mobility solution that is able to meet
the requirement of business. The company aims to provide controlled solutions for mobile
teaching in order to improve the experience of learning. Also it aims to offer a solution for the
protection of money. The main objective of the company is to provide an advanced security-
based platform. Samsung Knox is a platform which is able to handle basic security issues that are
found in the platform of android. These strategies allow companies to collaborate and distribute
data related to business. MAM strategy is able to manage the applications and lock the data to
maintain security but does not lock the device. Another strategy is able to encrypt the data in
order to protect it and only allowed the authorized and permitted applications to transmit or
access it (Mirkovic, 2019).
The platform of Knox uses a strong strategy of mobile security that is able to support the range
of Samsung devices. This is called MDM (Mobile device management strategy). This includes
mobile device administration. Different strategies of Samsung Knox include Mobile content
management, application management, and information management. Samsung Knox supports
all of these strategies.

change in Samsung. R stands for responsible, A stands for accountable, S stands for support, C
stands for consulted and I stands for informed. This shows the allocation of responsibilities of

The table given above shows the list of stakeholders of Samsung Knox project. This also reflects
the prioritization of stakeholders in the change.
Requirements for change include mainly technical and human resources. Technical resources are
required to embed 5G technology in the project and human resources are required. Apart from
these, there are other requirements that are necessary for effective change. Various hardware and
software requirements are necessary to effectively implement and manage change. Different
security tools and techniques are required in the Samsung Knox project as it aimed to improve
the security level of the services. Different stakeholders of the project have different
requirements. Users of the products need a platform for an improved experience of learning,
monetary protection, etc. The government wants assurance for the employees of government to
assure the safety of mobile devices from malicious applications and cyber attacks. The project
team wants an interface to share information in a secure manner. Requirements also include
remote control the Samsung devices. Stakeholders require a platform that is able to provide and
support powerful networks and improve the level of public safety. The requirement of the project
includes a platform that can guarantee the performance.

a brief introduction to the project. This also covers functional and non-functional requirements of
the change. This document also includes the constraints of project.

Introduction: The project is of Samsung company. The opportunity identified for change in the company
is Samsung Knox. The change is required in the project because cognitive analysis took a lot of time and
efforts.
Functional requirements: The functional requirements of the project includes the enhanced speed of the
services delivery, improved security of the mobile platforms, an integrated network for the devices and
consumers.
Non-functional requirements: Non-functional requirement includes the implementation of change
without any legal issues.
Constraints of the project: Human resources, lack of skills in5G technology implementation, user
acceptance towards change, etc.

First design:

This suggested design is able to provide a secure platform. This includes MAG technology. This
design includes APIs. This has a control center to manage the activities. The app directory
includes different apps. But this design is not able to meet all the requirements of the
stakeholders like it is not able to provide faster services. This design does not include any
technology to boost up the service delivery and performance. This is able to manage the mobile
container. There are different commands to perform a different operation such as creation and
deletion of Knox containers, installation of applications that are approved, validation of the
android system integrity (Stockton, 2019).

This second design for the requirement implementation includes “Samsung Knox manage”. This
is able to provide run-time security with the help of encryption. This offers security

improvements. As per the stakeholder’s requirement this also boosts up the service delivery with
the incorporation of 5G technology. This also provides a management framework. The Samsung
Knox manage includes Knox configure, mobile, E-fota, manage and enrollment.
Recommended design with justification
After the analysis of both the design suggestions, the second design is selected for the project.
The recommended design includes 5g Technology in the Samsung Knox. This technological
design is selected as it is able to deliver high-speed services and can support fast download. This
enhances the experience of customer. This allows working a number of devices work together.
Another reason behind the selection of this specific design is that it provides a positive strength
to the company. The chosen design for the solution has military-grade security for mobile
platform. This is able to secure 1 billion+ Samsung devices and consumers. As per eth
requirements of stakeholders it also provides various business services. The chosen design will
provide a defending mechanism to protect sensitive data from malicious threats and activities.
The recommended design provides a powerful network. The involvement of 5G technology will
enable the improved propagation of IoT.

Conclusion
The report was based on the change identification and implementation that is related to IT. The
project selected for this report was Samsung Knox. The project required changes as the
analytical analysis took a lot of efforts and time. Two different design approaches were
proposed. The selected approach for the change project was the implementation and
incorporation of 5G technology. In order to meet stakeholder’s requirements, it is able to achieve
high speed services. It also provides a secured platform and supports powerful networks. This
also improves the performance of the project application. This provides a simple and easy
development.
