The vision statement of Samsung has been quite innovative and it carries multiple aspects of
inspiring the people at large through its technological innovations which would help in laying
the path of prospering and advanced future. The statement has been quite innovative and it
replicates the advanced future (Gardere et al. 2018). The vision statement should have the
principle of providing a path to the organisation workers which is well expressed in the
Samsung statement.
Mission Statement
The mission statement is quite elaborative in nature and it presents well the intentions of the
company. The statement has been framed in an appropriate manner which aligns with the
vision statement and this makes the picture of the company clear and approachable. The
principle of integrity and advancements has been met through both the vision and mission
statements of the company. The two statements that is the mission and the vision statements
has to be accurate and specific in nature which is met by the Samsung Company.
Values
The values statement has been specific in nature and it justifies the company’s working way.
Values of Samsung has been quite effective on people and along with it has been ethical too
which replicates the principles that frame up the company’s environment. The statement on
excellence provides the intention of the company to deliver quality products and services.
Change statement is again aligned with the excellence statement and it reflects the flexibility
that the company holds in order to gain the market and the satisfaction of the customers
(Anon, 2019). Integrity is one the essential part of the organisations and this has been
inculcated in Samsung which gets reflected well through its statement. Organisations need to
work with a broad and wide concepts which is reflected in the co-prosperity statement of
Samsung and thus, it’s the principle of being wide in nature and productive to the society has
