Introduction
The project execution plan for project “SAP in Yes Chemist” is developed that defines the
scope and the need of carrying out the undertaken project. The need of SAP implementation
project is to considerably reduce the operational issues that the organization has been
facing. The project plan identifies the scope and the business case to justify the needs of
execution of this project. The project plan further identifies the risks and the communication
strategy that will be followed to ascertain that the SAP project is being pulled off in a planned
way.
Project scope
The project aims in deployment of SAP S/4HANA for SAP Business All-in-one for the
pharmacy Yes Chemist Pty Ltd. The in-scope of the SAP project is indicated below-
 Delivering as well as installing the necessary hardware
 Installing and Configuring the SAP system
 Testing of the system
 Training to the head office staffs along with the inter-state store pharmacies will be
provided
The aim of the SAP project is to fulfil all the above functionalities. The deliverables of this

management of those complex operations.

The project management framework that would be adaptable in this project is agile. This
methodology is based on delivery of the requirements in an iterative and in an incremental
manner throughout the execution of the entire lifecycle of the project. The choice of the
