The principle of this project is to execute SAP in the accessible system of the Yes Chemist
Pty Ltd. Project the existing system of the company allows capturing of data and information
related to the daily operations and the customer's details. The project plan will cover the
aspects of the project related activities since from the project initiation to the project closure.
The goal of the task plan is to ensure that the SAP could be installed by a smooth manner in
the present system and allow the Chemist Company to avail SAP services. This report will be
covering the scope of the assignment, Business Case, project schedule, required resources,
risks and a communication plan. The approach is to highlight and demonstrate the project
management activities in a manner to accomplish the assignment.

will allow the company toavail the best services that could improve the existing ways of

realistic and feasible for the company in installing the SAP within the existing systems. The
