discussed. This organisation has changed the working environment and has offered safety and
healthy wellbeing. This community organisation has helped in resolving issues related to

community organisation that has been introduced by the Australia government. The history
and reasons behind this community organisation has been analysed and the changes that have
impacted the Australian society has been underlined.
Community organisation- WHS regulation
Australian community organisation is used to develop a cultural and social
background for all the defined area. Australian communities are used to understand the
functions and how they are organised. There are various social policies designed for public
safety. One such community organisation is work, health and safety regulations (Happell,
