1. JOB PERSONALITY PERFORMANCE PERSONALITY.
SAS company makes an effort to concentrate its company or business in the area of analytics which
add the most value and help the organizations’ best analyze disparate data for decision making
creating the opportunities for SAS workers to be challenged.
2. ORGANZIATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOURS.
Organizational justice and interpersonal relations. To keep employees healthy and fit, there are
athletics fields, fully gym, a swimming pool, tennis, basketball and racquet ball courts on campus
including the nutritionists, physicians plus child day care for the employees with children.
3. ABSENTEEISM.
Concerning about absenteeism, sometimes it can be caused by health problems. The company offers
free on site health care for employees, covers dependants at their fully staffed primary medical care
center and offers unlimited sick leave.
4. TURN OVER.
About the turn over, SAS company gives more pay to their employees to maintain them at work due
to the experience gained from the skilled and talented personnels within the company. They forego
most of their unique programmes and benefits. This shows how they value their employees more
than anything hence, boosting them to work harder for the development of the company implying
that the resources which they would have used to look for experts, new employees can be diverted to
other assignments.
Concerning about the polices of SAS company, I have realized that the biggest percentage of
employees agree and abide by the policies for example about respecting the organizational
management, they make sure they go to the great length to measure the worker sentiment. This is
done through communication, giving the employees enough freedom to express themselves freely
during work and after. This can enable them to be open minded and transparency thus promoting
trust.

I have realized that SAS company ensures that they understand the significance of their work in
the company. This can be done through encouraging them to take a great pride of ownership. In other
wards, taking the company as its own. This encourages them to work to work diligently.
I agree with most of the company polices. However, I might not agree with some policies like giving
employees much freedom to some extent depending on the type of an organization and the
environment. Sometimes, too much freedom might promote laziness among the employees since we
have different individuals. Some employees might fail to meet the target.

Comment for Aspect 4: The grammar is good and the writing also makes sense. Satisfied with the

only reference and that too is non-academic.
Overall feedback
Overall, the write up is somewhat satisfactory by is requires a lot of work. First of all, there is no
clear definition provided for any of the factors. There is no academic source cited for the write up
and this has made it credibility and relevancy of the paper questionable.
