he has taken it as the challenge and tries to
solve it. One of the problems which he was
facing was the update the reboots without the
warning. The problem was seen in the software
of the Windows 10 operating system as it only
performs its function with the help of the
internet. All the things are installed and
downloaded when there is the updating at
random times. It was terminating and
interrupting the process of the working when
reboot takes place without the warning (Liu,
2012). People also lose their data while
working with the process. So it was annoying
and inconvenient for the users which create the
biggest problem for the company. Sometimes
the issues also arise regarding the server
problem which disrupts the functions of the
users across all the connected platform.
Satya Narayana Nadella solved this
problem setting the request to reboot. He made
some correction in the windows that instead of
directly rebooting, the operating system first
asks for a reboot by clicking on the advanced
options which notify to schedule restart. Issues
related to server platform are also solved by the
Satya Narayana Nadella by determining the
appropriate server. The scale of operations has
to be determined by every infrastructure
company and then they have to choose the
right server (Ahmad, et al., 2017). He has
solved these problems in the company so

people also considered him as a good leader.
Wrap-Up
Conclusion
After going through with such
problems, Satya Narayana Nadella has learned
that before applying any technological things
directly to the users, they have to first make
sure it that it is working with the effectiveness
or not (Gurumurthy et al., 2016). If any
software or server platform is creating any
disruption and interruption while working then
it is necessary to remove them at the urgency
so that it will not create more problems for the
other users. He has also learned that teamwork
is very essential at any situation as gives the
courage to fight with any challenges. He has
also learned that the decision taken by the
person should be decisive as if any decision
taken on the urgency then it creates the
problem for the company in the future.
Decisions should not be made quickly and
before implementing any things it should be
used and surveyed properly so that the users do
not feel that they are felling any kind of the
disruptions in the software or the operating
system. He has also learned that any situation
he should remain calm so that he will not lose
his temper and try to solve the situations
(Mashelkar, 2015).
