1DISCUSSION OF KINGDOMS VISION 2030
The one of the research topic that could be written about Saudi Vision 2030, is how
the Saudi Arabia will be able to boost the productivity, as well as improve the economy of the
nation, proving itself to be one of the largest economies of the world. The rationale for this
research is that being the largest producer of oil and petroleum, how does Saudi Arabia
improve its dependency on the market and improve its health, education and tourism sector,
since these are important factors that contribute to the economy (Nurunnabi, 2017). Another
research topic is that how can the Saudi Arabia take the economic and the social decisions
without getting involved in the political reforms. The rationale for this is research is that the
Saudi Vision 2030 is basically consolidating the political position of King Salman, and it
needs to be researched how the vision will reach the goals without political reforms,
incorporating a government structure.
Even with the presence of all the technology of communication, poor communication
has been a major problem in the organisations because the information that are shared is often
not what should be shared and there is a communication of the false information. The lack of
factual information, and the barriers of communication can lead to poor communication in
organisation. There can be technical errors, which can create a gap in the communication,
leading to misinterpretations and receiving of information late. Apart from the technology,
the cultural differences, and the poor listening skills may be a reason for the
miscommunication (Myers and Sadaghiani, 2010).
According to me, the King and the Princes in order to achieve the goals of the Saudi
Vision 2030, should be able to have a stable and a strong leadership. Only then can they will
be able to stabilize the influence on the others. The stability in the leadership will help them
to make a vibrant society, with strong roots and apart from having a thriving economy, it can
work towards a positive society, concentrating on the educational and the health sector. The
lack of stability would hamper the culture, would stifle productivity, and erode the trust

(Senior, et.al., 2012). I would be advising the King and the Prince to have an open mind, but
strong principles and convictions in order to make Saudi Arab a global investment
powerhouse and transform the unique strategic location into a global hub.
Yes, the unemployment funding that the Kingdom has for the people who are not
working definitely causes a growth in the non-working citizens. The people would be more
inclined towards not working since they know that they would be paid even if they provide
no labour investment to the employment sector. This would eventually negatively affect the
economy of the nation. If the people are paid without any work, then there would be more
number of people who would prefer not to work and this will lead to the decline in
productivity as well as a decline in national economy (Esser, et.al., 2013).
