proving seven star luxurious facilities to its customers. The facilitates provided by Hotel Savoy
comprises of parking, food & beverages, restaurant, bar, cafe, swimming pool, gym area, spa and
so on (Rabinowitch, 2019). All these facilitates makes the customers feels satisfied and makes
them retain for longer duration of time.
