INTRODUCTION.
Strategic planning helps firms in determining the vision that is made for the future along
with certain goals. Further, the present report is based on one business strategy that will be
adopted by The SAVOY hotel that is headquartered in London and is one of the most luxurious
brand. Moreover, the report will identify certain factors through use of SWOT and PESTLE
analysis that need to be considered before implementing any kind of strategy within the
workplace. Moreover, the study will also analyse importance of competitive business strategy
