This research project investigates the effects of sustainability on the supply chain management of the Savoy Hotel, London. The study begins with an introduction to sustainability in the hospitality industry and its impact on supply chain practices. It reviews the concept of sustainability, examines the significance of sustainability on supply chain management, and evaluates its effects at the Savoy Hotel. The research employs both primary and secondary data collection methods, including questionnaires and literature review, to address research objectives and questions. The findings highlight the importance of sustainability in reducing waste, improving efficiency, and attracting investors. The project concludes with recommendations for the Savoy Hotel to enhance its sustainability strategies, such as reducing carbon footprint and adopting green practices, thereby contributing to effective supply chain management and corporate social responsibility. The research also reflects on the methodology used and suggests areas for further investigation.
