The organisation selected for this project is is Britannia Hotels, which was founded in
1976, it is acquired by the Britannia country house hotel in Manchester Didsbury. It has
53 hotels across all over the world. The CEO of the company is Alex Langsam and the
CFO of the company is Robert Ferrari. The owner of the company is Mr A. Langsam
Hawks ford Trust Company Jersey Limited.
The basic purpose is to serve for hotels and hospitality and provides their services to all
peoples. The Britannia International company is one of the prominent hotel industry in
the London it is situated at the heart of the city at Canary Wharf, London. There are
various locations in across the world the no. are 52 hotels, the company provide many
services to their customers they are:
Banqueting functions
Health club membership
Conference room hire.
The company headquarters in hale, greater men Chester, England, there is a limited
number of employees’ works towards this company so the numbers are limited which is
12,000. The address of the company is Rua Rodrigues Sampaio, 17, 1150-278 Lisboa,
Portugal, Hotel Britannia is a refined, pure boutique art deco hotel in the historic center if
Lisbon. The designed given by this hotel is a famous Portuguese architect Cassiano
branch.
The hotel is unique in nature small and located a quiet street which is just off Lisbon. The
company role in the market sector is average and makes strategic plans to improve their
image growth as well as their reputation. The company also improve their performance
level of the hotel industry in their current market. The company adopts the various
techniques to provide better facility to their customers the facilities are best techniques
are adapt for hospitality management and reduce the risk of complexity.
The company creates new techniques, ideas, facts for maintain their money value,
improve the financial statements, management, and give the satisfaction to those who
take decision making to their customers, guests, visitors, who visit their hotel. The

Current ratio= Current Assets/Current liabilities
= 31,513/16,480
= 1.91
From the above analysis, it can determined that current ratio is lower than the 2:1 , it
shows that current assets of company is not sufficient to meet the short term liabilities.
