global economy is significant, across the world. Most of the
country economy depend on hospitality and sources of economy
and It cover all around the world through the tour and travels,
hotels, airlines, cruise, club and casino, food and beverage
section, we can analyze through the size of industry, investment
in hospitality contribute in economy turnover, volume of employs.
Hospitality is a profitable business and its effect on international
influence. Example as per Marriott web site, Marriott international
is the largest hotel chain in the world. It has 30 brands with 7003
properties in 131 countries around the world. We can analyze
through the information scale of hospitality it indicates the size of
industry, investment in hospitality, contribute in economy for
different country, and volume of opportunity and employs that is
the one example of scale of hospitality because its cover around
the world.
Hospitality diversity means how its mix together and the variety
or range of the hospitality sectors. like hotels offer the different
kind of accommodation based on level and price example of
different kind of hotels like resort, motel, 5-star hotel budget
hotel. Restaurants provide the food and beverages service like
fine dining restaurant, fast food, food court, bar and nightclubs,
pubs, hospitality service like tour and travels (air transportation,
cruise, tour package), membership club like sports club, gym,
spa, health club. And event business like music event, concert,
program and meeting like conference, so that the hospitality
industry mixes together and divert in different way but that kind

Management Terminology (Landman, 2019) ‘ a chain hotel is a hotel that is part
of a series or of a group of hotel operated by the same company or owner.
They can be total or partial owner of the hotel they manage their
administration, marketing, and promotion’.
Therefore, chain hotel operated by one company but they are different
location around the world build up service and facilities as per group
standard and handling by one operated group or management for marketing
and administration.

Millennium Hilton hotel operated by Conrad Hilton founded the hotel chain in
1919, opened in Dalla, texas. Millennium Hilton Bangkok operated by Hilton
group. Millennium Hilton located in center of Bangkok near the chao Phraya
river. In this hotel have 533 rooms and suites. They offer luxury rooms, and
suites room hotel operates its own shuttle boat, and provide the guest as a
complimentary service.

I would like mention restaurant service of shunhe international Brazilian theme
restaurant, at china. The concept of this restaurant is Brazilian BBQS, it’s a buffet
barbeque restaurant the inspire from Brazilian BBQ. This restaurant offers buffet inter-
continental breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner.
Shunhe International is located in the Shandong Jinan, china in the middle of
business hub center this restaurant provide the Brazilian BBQ buffet concept.
In this hotel have Three outlets restaurant in the hotel on is German beer
concept restaurant another is chines concept restaurant and the most
famous is Brazilian BBQ concept, where they serve the barbecued meat, sea
food, pre plated food, traditional chines alcohols, the main dish is picanha,
feijoada, brigaderios. The main attraction is they have unique Brazilian bbq,
concept through attract the local and foreigners. They charge 100 yuan per
person. Offer the VIP service.

cooking station, traditional beer, Serve bbq meat, traditional alcohols, sea
food, chines traditional food. Capacity of this restaurant is 150 people in a

enjoy and hangout. Bar is a part of hospitality, it attracts the tourist for enjoyment,
