Step 2:
A Report on Project Quality Plan Implementation
Aim of the report:
After obtaining approval for the project management plan from the director of SCEI,
the project process has been started which is aimed at fulfilling the quality assurance and
quality control for the project. In this report a step by step guide and the framework that has
been planned to be followed for the project has been discussed in detail. The report will
particularly contain the strategic implementation details for quality assurance and quality
control set for the project.
Introduction:
The quality assurance as well as quality control plan is important for ensuring overall
quality of any project. However in order to implement that proper strategy is needed along
with a robust plan. Hence after the development of the plan a well-planned strategy has been
developed as well.
Discussion:
Details of the strategy:
In order to implement the plan following strategy has been developed
 Rigorous assessment of the website design technologies with detailed documentation.
If any issues with the website design is found including the code for website design it
will be redesigned. However while designing the code it will be make sure that the
code is not copied from any other source to avoid copyright issue and lawsuit due to
the violation of the intellectual property. This will help to comply with the IEC

62014-5:2015Australian standard for copyright and intellectual property of electronics
document ("intellectual property - Standards Australia", 2018).
 The software used for protecting the computers will be identified and if flaws found
will be replaced. Update will be provided if required after installing the new software.
This will be done to ensure that the data stored in the local computer storage is safe
and secure which is a recommended step for as per the ISO 27001 standard.
 Identifying the flaws in the network design and apply appropriate measure to improve
that such as replacing old equipment with new one for faster network speed and better
resource allocation within the network. Additionally the security of the network will
also be checked as per the data security measure so that the network design comply
with the AS/NZS ISO/IEC 18028.1-2008 Australia standard for network security
standard ("network security - Standards Australia", 2018).
 The design for the database will be reviewed and if required the design will be
updated with the newer edition of database technology. If storage upgrade to the
database is needed cloud storage will be integrated as well.
 The internet connection will be tested against different traffic to understand the
capacity of the network devices and based on that the capacity of the network
equipment will be modified for increasing the internet speed.
Details about corrective measure:
If breakdown occurs during review for each of the section such as website security,
network speed, internet connection, it will be solved and if other process are already initiated
that will continue and corrections will be made based on the requirement in concurrent
manner. This will ensure that the quality assurance process is not delayed and each section is
given proper is given proper attention for quality assurance in each of the process. The same
procedure will be followed for quality control activity as well.
