Introduction
Stolen generation is basically the generation who were removed from their families by
the Australian federal and by the state government agencies they were removed to improve their
social integration in the society (Elers, 2020). In this report various experience of the stolen
generation will be shared of the stolen generation and how they have survived in the particular
time period in this report gibbs reflection cycle will be used to express the personal opinion
regarding the given topic the selected topics for this research are stolen generation and the
indigenous call for action.

Stolen generation of faye clayton she was the one from the 9 siblings she was taken away
from her family during her young age due to the racism she was not allowed to meet her family
members at her young age she was told that her family members does not want her due to which
she also does not want her family she was treated very badly her childhood has been destroyed
due to the racism which has been developed in the society children in the young age wants the
support of her family due to which they require care from the family faye clayton does not
receive any support from her family as she was taken away from the family. Society should not
discriminate between their childrens whether they are white or black they should them equally
because she can affect their mind set in the society due to which their growth in the society can
also get affected (Gupta, 2018). She was told since the child hood that she is black and other are
white she does not belong to the society but does not loose hope she donated her blood to save
the life of the people which is great inspiration because saving the life of the person will helps
her is the great thing which the person can do in her life. By the story of the faye clayton I have
learned that racism cannot affect the goals of the individual in the life if the individual wants to
achieve something in life it can achieved easily without getting affected by the society whatever
people think we cannot change their thinking whatever colour complextion a person have it does
matter it the individual have to positive goals which they have to achieve. If the individual wants
to achieve something in life it is important for the individual to be motivated towards its goals
which they wants to achieve in life because colour of the individual cannot decide their future
separating the children in the young age can affect the mental stability because they are not
getting the love from the families due to which they feel themselves lonely racism should be
removed from the society every individual in the society should treat the people equally they
should not discriminate without the people because discrimination can develop various conflicts
in the society among the people which can affect the growth chances of the society in the
economy faye clayton has a big heart she has decided to donate her organ to the aboriginal
people after she dies so that they can live in the society she has inspired me to be motivated in
whatever situation I face if I am motivated then no one can affect my motive which I want to

by the thinking of the society I will not be able to achieve my objectives in life due to which my
growth will also get affected I should be confident and should work towards the objectives which
I have to achieve instead to getting influence by the other people in the society faye clayton did
not got influenced by the society and made her aim clear she wants to remove racism from the
society so that other people cannot face what she faced in her life she has become the inspiration
for the society.

the right to be treated farely in the society they have the right to get the equal treatment in the
society which the other are getting racism affects the growth of the society in the way that
individual is not same as other they discriminate between them which affect their health of the
society in the economy which can further also affect the growth of the economy in the market.
accordingly to me government to make the policies to give equal treat to the people of the
society without discriminating between them so that they can live a healthy life style in the
economy racism create misunderstand in the economy it can affect the feeling and sentiment of
the individual in the economy which can affect the growth of the society in the economy
(Behrendt, 2019). Employees in the business should be hired as per the skills they have so that
various growth opportunities can get developed and racism can be removed from from the
society because racism can affect the growth of the society in the market due to which various
discriminating activities take place in the society if equal treatment will not be provided to the
economy then it will develop various health issues in the society due to which developing a law
in the society related to the health of the individual is very important so that development in the
society can take place effectively health issues are same in the society and providing the
treatment to the individual should also be same they should be discriminate between the people
because it can affect their life due to which their growth in the economy can also get affected.
