The philosophy of the Thomas Jefferson School stood on four pillars. The first pillar of
philosophy stood on developing critical thinking among its students. The second pillar of the
school’s philosophy rested in creating social awareness among students while the third pillar
stood on instilling strong communication skills in the students. The fourth pillar of the schools
was that it emphasized that students should participate in extra-curricular activities like sports to
develop leadership and interpersonal skills.
The goals of the the Thomas Jefferson School was to encourage the students to excel in
both studies and sports. The school aimed to bring about all-round development among the
students.

school aimed to change the type of employment of staff members from fixed and secured

to terminate the employment contracts with inefficient employees and hire more talented
employees to fill the vacancy.
