TASK 1
A) Some scary painting in school, water of floor and improper arrangement of different things
are the main risk factors which negatively impact a student at the school's outdoor environment.
That's why top-level management authority to school should take care of it. Many times water on
floor is not visible, so this is the barrier to supervision.
B) Cleaner within school are responsible to clean that water on floor for removing risk factor
from outdoor environment. Then these risk factors will be decreased.
C) Top-level management of school should be informed about these risks through their daily
inspection activities. Then management need to take various steps towards removing these risks.
D) These risks be different for a child who is mentally disabled, because this type of children
can't able to understand thing like other understood.
E) A mentally disabled is always needed additional support to deal with different risks in outdoor
environment. The school management need to give extra supervision for that child, because it is
necessary to create a safe and secure zone for that student.
F) A formal letter or formal call are useful tools to aware top-level management of school about
current situations. Then it will capable to help that student.
G) The principal, teachers, guards etc. need to protect all students in the school's outdoor
environment, in which all need to come together to make a plan for removing various risks
which harm students (Oliver, 2016). Provide proper safety and security to all students in the first
priority of management of school.
PART B
TASK 1
 The school principal is need to take effective decisions for implement this plan in
productive manner. All teachers also need to contribute in implementation of this plan.
 The management authority of school is responsible to implement this plan which help to
all students to easily learn, play and fun in outdoor environment of school
 School principal need to arrange a meeting to communicate with different parties, like;
teachers, guards, school bus driver, and cleaner etc. to effectively implement this plan

A) A student need to learn many things in school, like; educational knowledge, sports, music, art,
physical education etc. These are some major learning needs of a student.
B) A student always ready to know things in its daily life, so all teacher and principal need to
provide happy and healthy outdoor environment to students.
C) Five planning suggestions for support the student are as follows; communicate with students,
aware students about various risks, involve existing teachers in plan implementation, take steps
towards removing existing risks, and control & monitor process of plan etc. In these suggestions,
the management should deep consider last two suggestions (del Carmen Salazar and Lerner,
2019).
D) Poor communication between principal and teachers is the main barrier in learning aspect.
E) All teacher need to well behave with student who suffering from mental disability, and
principal need to provide some relaxation to that student.
F) well behave and additional relaxation are such strategies which will provide progressive path
to that student
G) Human resource means principal, teacher and other students are main resources which
capable to provide healthy environment to that disable student.
H) Top-level management of school or principal and teachers highly need to take some
productive steps for providing safe and secure zone to all students including disable student in
the school's outdoor environment.
