INTRODUCTION
Investigating a Training and Learning Problem: School Lunchtime
Supervisors
Training and learning problems in lunchtime supervisor mainly refers to influence from lack of
multiple aspects like less training, communication gap with children, their needs evaluation, play
activities and many more (Zhou, 2022). Jamie Oliver’s campaigning encouraged Hull City
Council to launch a free school dinner programme, so they decides to involves Lunchtime
supervisor for taking care of children’s and they learn play activities within small break. This
study will develop how to engages and manages lunchtime supervisor activities for primary
students safety, management and their proper food making and eating.
MAIN BODY
Task 1: 4-6 of the Osborne-Parnes CPS Model, produce a justified training programme.
Application of CPS model helps to resolve issues with sustainable manner. It develops higher
effectiveness in decision-making from utilization of 4 to 6 steps consideration. Utilization of
different steps can helps to manages training programme and it gives idea for how set object,
identify facts, problems, ideas, solution and multiple aspects finding process (Almendingen,
Benth and Molin, 2021).
Hull City council which decide to give food services to primary students so it decide to engage
lunch supervisor who has ability to take care of children and provide education and helps into
multiple aspects. Thus, with the utilization of 6 steps of CPS model clearly gives idea for how to

clearly identifies that supervisor not works for long time because they evaluates that this job

biggest challenge of this job so head teachers has major duty to gives some extra benefits or

senior authority has power to give training because they do have more celerity in context of
which major essential practices useful for primary students and how they feels more happier in
the school environment.
