INTRODUCTION
Business consulting is a way and method from which an organization and individual can be able
to increase their productivity and growth in the definite order. It is a kind of consultancy and
approaching advise from the experts which will support an organization to develop. The report is
illustrating the concept where the school of science and technology which is located in London
facing different issues from which they are not able to grow and develop in the school business.
Along with this, it includes the different models which will determine the competitive, external
and STP analysis to increase and enhance the results.

The school of science and technology is providing the courses to an individual student so that
they can be able to obtain the higher knowledge and can become the successful entrepreneur in
the future existence. The school is located at the London, United Kingdom. There main aim and
objective is to provide an accurate education to the people and also can experience the best
educational and learning environment. During providing the science and technology courses the
management of the school is not able to grow and develop in the effective manner. The school is
mainly dealing wit its two major issues from which they are not able to maintain their growth in
this school business. The business wants to supply the best education courses to their students
from which they can be able to achieve a proper eligibility and employability in the future.
Issues — Recruitment and marketing
The school business of science and technology wants to provide effective courses to their
students from which they can be to become successful in the nearby future. The management
team decided to provide the new courses to their students such as business management which
will enhance the growth of the students in the school and also will provide effective productivity.
During implementing the new course to the students the management is facing a problem to
recruit the suitable employee for educating the business management in the school. According to
the management, they are not able to hire the appropriate people for the business and also facing
the issue while marketing of the school business. These two major issues are decreasing the
growth of the education business and leading them at lower level.

growth of the organization. In this context, here performing the pest analysis of the school
business of science and technology.
Political : The first section of pest analysis is describing the political factor in which it includes
the government rule and regulations such as change in trade tariffs, conflict, tax regulation and
financial policies. Accordingly, these modifications and government interference can affect the
school business growth and development (Hamza, Othman, and et.al., 2021). The school of
science and technology requires to follow all the rules by the upper authority in the recruiting
and marketing strategies from which they can be able to grow themselves in the definite manner.
Economic : The second term is determining the economic section in which it is obvious that
economy play a vital role in any occupation. The position of the economy in the country can
decide the growth and decrease of the school business. For example, the GPD of the London has
dropped down during the recent pandemic Covid19 which will definitely affect the school of
science and technology growth and development. Similarly, when the economy structure
increases then the organization will also be able to improve their growth in the accurate manner.
Social : Social factor include the demographic, health, education and such more. The school of
science and technology needs to provide their courses all over the world from which they can be
able to grow more. Providing the social culture in the organization will help them to develop and
can obtain the effective results from diverse places.
Technology : The technology includes the innovation and information technology which can
affect the school business growth. Nowadays, the technology is increasing rapidly which can
support the business in promotional activities and even for approaching the diverse employee for
the recruitment (Deshmukh, and Haleem, 2020.). Utilizing the technologies, the school business
can provide the online courses to the diverse culture people and can be able to provide definite
growth but on other side it is also increasing the concern for cyber-security.

technology school organization who mainly provide service to students for their career guidance.
Also, marketing department has responsibility that they concern towards with the right and target
audience identification which means they do have to promote their services outside from school
and uses social media application and send and develop video application for advertising and
promotional aspect about which activities provide by this organization.
Targeting:
Completion of approach identification that human resource consider diversification and
marketing department analyse their target audience. Next is targeting approach where human
resource department has responsibility to evaluate and found the best experts which has great
knowledge and long experience in distribution of right and require education which defiantly
provide benefits to students. If they not consider proper targeting then this business get defiantly
suffer from lack of engagement of customer and audience not knows about their products and
services.
Positioning:
Completion of segmentation and targeting last practice is positioning where organization
marketing department mainly concern towards with the completion of specific requirement and
create effective image of products and services. It context of science technology its very essential
that they develop specific position at market research and customer mid-set because business
performance can be only effectively influence when people have proper idea about their services
ad it mainly develops by utilization of social media practices. Because its very effective platform

There are three major issues which influence performance of science and technology

Last major and challenging issue is pricing which is very essential term to consider by
this organization.

organization about which essential approaches they do have to include. It has been also evaluated
