INTRODUCTION
Workplace culture is defined as shared beliefs and values that all the people in the
workplace share. In terms of the organisational efficiency it refers to the capability of company
to initiate different plans with the help of certain resources. The below report is based on Scoops
Gelato (Hung, 2021). It is a dessert parlour that provides Italian Gelato and sorbets with respect
to diverse flavours. The report includes aim, justification and analytical tools.

Aim of the report
The main reason behind writing this report was to analyse that how external
environmental factors actually create an impact on the whole work culture and their
performance. Due to current pandemic situation many changes has got happen and whole world
has got transformed.
Introduction and justification
In relation with Scoops Gelato, it is a famous dessert parlour that offers innovative type
of delights and has made local area in a complete unique way. The main reason behind choosing
this type of organisation the workplace which has got affected in a major way is the hospitality
sector only. Due to COVID-19 morale of employees has got reduced so on the basis of this the
parlour has some ways through which they can build up the model.
Analytical tools
Threat of new entrants: - In this case threat was very much high as due to the aspect of
globalization it has become very much easy for other companies to come up in the
market.
Threat of substitute products: - In the dessert industry threat of substitutes is high because
there are many competitors who are dealing in the same industry (Yurdakul and Öneren,
2021).
Bargaining power of buyers: - The power is little bit high because there is availability of
existing products also.
Bargaining power of suppliers: - It is low because the manufacturer can easily change
their supplier and at low cost.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that as per the dessert industry the pandemic
has created a large level impact due to which many consequences got arise so on the basis of this
different changes took place in whole work culture.
