Social Entrepreneurship strikes a right balance in building a business to ascertain
social objectives thereby returning the benefit to the society at large. The social parameters
like health, education and environment face issues which attract aspiring entrepreneurs to
address them by building innovative goods and services (Pache, and Chowdhury 2012). A
social entrepreneurship in large organization are crucial to sustain, expand and survive in a
cut-throat competitive world.

Social entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization to fulfil its
corporate social responsibility and resolve the social obstacles inflicting the human resources.
This aids in capacity building, increasing productivity, establishing goodwill with the
stakeholders and target audience. It enhances working relationship with the employees which
