 A term “Screen” refers to the chronicle and creative
information’s or contents displayed through screen platforms
whereas the overall process of forming and telling those
narrations is known as screen production. The generous arts
and programs that explore the technologies of film, media,
aesthetics, and history implanted by the practical experience
of movie and media making is termed as screen production
(Batty and Kerrigan, 2018).

screen production industries are working under challenging and rapidly growing environment.
 Lack of direct government funding is one of the detrimental issues that affect the aspect of
screen production in Australia. Therefore, screen production industries are looking for Proper
government funding.
 As the central government denies for direct funding to Australia’s screen production the
filmmakers are being unable to make proper narratives to compete with globally evolving
production industries (Burns and Eltham, 2010).

 Though government focuses on the selection procedures and a combination of endowments and
investments in screen production but enough financing for the industries are not provided (Brooks,
2017).
 Due to lack of financing from government, Screen production of Australia has been asking for fund

competing on international market. Changing perspective of viewership is affecting the funding of
screen productions. It is found that screen production supports substantial economy activities in
Australia. Despite of having, the large industry size, most of the production business is struggling to be
fit in international stage with growing competition
