The project is based on scrum study and change management. Scrum is such a framework
which is employed different processes as well as techniques rather than the process and building
of products. Cameron and Green (2015) stated that Scrum framework is team based and it
defines associated roles and events. Each of the Scrum project is highly flexible as well as
iterative manner when sprint of work is tangible deliverable on the business. Firstly, most
obvious thing that I have discovered is advantage in Scrum study is working as part of this
project. I leant that good working is key success towards design activities when there is
limitation of both time as well as resources. As each one has various points of view, therefore
various ideas are produced on the Scrum study. I identified various principles of Scrum which
are followed into project to make it successful.

flexible and ensured that changes are made when it is requested by customers. In my point of
view, Scrum is contrasted with the project methods because of lower upfront planning in

negotiate risks for combat the failure into the project.

productivity disruptions along with higher level of adoption. Second is effective communication,
which provide of accurate as well as timely organizational wide information. The change
management procedures are seeks to document and optimize for keeping the business to a high
